So, tell us about you, Chloe!

Well, I am an Autistic ADHDer who is part of the LGBTQ+ community, diagnosed with PMDD who absolutely loves to crochet, swim and learn about 'weird' stuff like everything about octopuses, medical conditions (yes, for fun) and the different ways I could perfect my coffee game.

I have worked in Charity, retail, as a Barista, clerical officer, administrator, cancer tracker and recently alongside my counselling work I used to be a Cancer Pathway Navigator for the NHS. I love to help and share in people's knowledge and experiences and hold them up in times where it is challenging.

I have two adorable (but naughty) Rabbits called Luna and Blossom and while I am not working in my job I am usually working on something else that will help improve my knowledge and skills as a therapist. Counselling is my career true love because I get to provide a service that I couldn't access when I was first navigating my thoughts and feelings.

I got into counselling as a result of having enough with witnessing and experiencing the true injustice of being severely bullied through my life. After a horrible experience with a manager and their friend I decided to leave 9 years of charity work behind and embark on a career change that felt like a calling in my life, something that I truly felt was my purpose.

After 4 years of training and gaining or building on skills in college I am so happy to be able to give counselling as my work. When I say I am here for you, I truly mean it from the bottom of my heart.
